GORDON DOUGLAS
Gordon joined Scottish Widows in 1961 in the group schemes department. He remained with
them until 1976 at which point he had risen to the role of Chief Consultant.
He was appointed as Branch Manager of UK Provident in 1976 and subsequently Area Manager, North West. He then became the Regional Manager for South 1982- 1986.
In 1986, Gordon became Regional manager for NPI Western Region, following which he worked as development manager for Eagle Star’s IFA business and then General Manager, IFA sales.
He joined Bradstock Financial Services Ltd in 1995 as director in charge of Harrow office and continued in this role after Berry Birch and Noble (BBN) took over Bradstock in 1999.
From October 1st 2010 Gordon is concentrating on helping his colleagues with the expertise that he has built up over the years.
