Lonsdale Services Client Survey Results - 2016

We regularly survey our clients to ensure that we continue to provide the most appropriate independent financial advice.  Our questionnaire results below summarise the views of 129 clients that completed our client survey in 2016.  To view all our client survey results between January 2010 and December 2016 please visit ‘Our Clients’ on the website.

'We’re delighted that every client who responded to our survey in 2016 would recommend our services.  The results show that our clients appreciate our independent financial advice, and they are satisfied that our financial consultants are fully aware of their financial needs and objectives before making recommendations.  
At Lonsdale Services we believe that everyone requires personalised financial advice and we take time to help clients complete their fact find and risk assessment questionnaire.  We value financial education and as responsible independent financial advisers we believe it is our duty to educate before providing financial advice.'

The survey results also show that our clients understand how we charge for independent financial advice.  We offer a free initial financial planning consultation to discuss your financial circumstances and explain the costs associated with our independent financial advice. We regularly survey our clients after providing financial advice.  We asked our clients:

Based on the level of service I have received from my adviser, I am happy to recommend him/her in the future to someone I know: 

82% of clients said they ‘strongly agreed’ and 18% said they ‘agreed ‘with the above statement.

I feel that my adviser listens and is fully aware of my financial needs / objectives before making any recommendation(s):

88% of clients said they ‘strongly agreed’ and 12% said they ‘agreed’ with the above statement.

My adviser always provides me with sufficient information and /or documentation in order that I can make a fully informed decision:

77.5% of clients said they ‘strongly agreed’ and 22.5% said they ‘agreed’ with the above statement.

I understand what I am being charged for, in relation to ‘advice’ and /or ‘service’ being offered by the firm:

72% of clients said they ‘strongly agreed’ and 28% said they ‘agreed’ with the above statement

Please note : The questionnaire results summarise the views of 129 clients who completed all or part of our client questionnaire in 2016. Any clients that were sent a survey but did not respond to our survey are omitted from the results below.  See full client survey results from January 2010 to 31st December 2016.
