Simon specialises in helping private customers and individuals with pension planning, retirement advice, investment planning and estate planning. Simon became a Chartered Wealth Manager in January 2015. The Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) award this designation to "senior members in the retail sector at the pinnacle of their profession".
Career
History
Simon is a qualified Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) with over 27 years-experience. For twelve years he worked for one of the largest UK Wealth Managers, before moving to Edward Jones, one of the world’s largest private client investment advisers and stockbrokers, where he built a successful wealth management business.
North London
Office
When Edward Jones sold their UK business most of Simon’s customers followed him to Lonsdale Wealth Management, where he has built his current financial advice business. Simon works with Nayanesh Kakkad and Jackie Farrell in our Barnet office, which is in the privately owned Wrotham Park estate.

Customers
Simon has a North London customer base, with customers in Barnet, Enfield, Winchmore Hill, Cheshunt, Potters Bar, Edgware, Harrow, Mill Hill, Hadley Wood, Totteridge and Muswell Hill. Simon works with local solicitors and accountants to ensure customers receive joined up legal, financial and tax advice.
A Little
About Simon
Simon enjoys spending time with his family, watching his children grow up. When he has time, he enjoys golf, which he plays to a high standard. In 2021 he and three friends raised £17,000 for charity on a 100 in 1 day golf challenge. He enjoys watching sports, visiting the theatre, eating out, and is a keen photographer and wine enthusiast.

In 2017 Lonsdale Services won the Retirement Planner Award (RPA) Outstanding Customer Care award and the RPA for Best Individual Pension Advice firm in the South East and Anglia in 2018. In 2021 Lonsdale Services won the Best Adviser firm for Vulnerable Client Care at the 2021 National Professional Adviser Awards.
