In memory of Juliet Cross

It is with great sadness that we have to inform you of the passing of one of our St Albans administrators. Juliet Cross worked for Lonsdale Services Ltd for 20 years but sadly succumbed to cancer in September this year. She had a tough fight on her hands but she fought hard, right up until the end maintaining dignity and humour.
Juliet started working with the mortgage department within Lonsdale but then moved to pensions and investments and stayed in this administrator role for 14 years.
Juliet was professional, patient, honest, humorous, incredibly kind and liked by all who had the pleasure of meeting her. She treated clients warmly and loved to chat with them about their families and was always interested in their lives. She will be sorely missed as she was an integral part of Lonsdale St Albans office.
Juliet leaves behind a mother, brother, partner, 2 sons, daughter -in-law and a granddaughter.
The St Albans office will be closed from midday on 31st October so that her colleagues can pay their respects at Juliet’s funeral. Any phone calls will be diverted to the answering machine and we appreciate your patience with this.
