Lonsdale Services operates a team-based culture. We are an equal opportunities employer. Over 50% of our colleagues are female, and independent financial adviser Deb Nolan manages our Leeds & Bradford office. Our independent financial advisers work in different offices across the United Kingdom but meet bi-monthly for investment policy meetings. Our administrators also meet virtually every two months.
We have built long-term relationships with the companies and individuals we work with by applying our core principles of integrity, reliability, and value. We aim to identify and assist customers who may be considered as being vulnerable by virtue of their age, disability, or other circumstances. In the Our Customers section, we publish the results from our wealth management customer satisfaction questionnaires.
Lonsdale Services was the first Hertfordshire financial adviser to become a corporate partner of The Alzheimer’s Society. We now have a Dementia Friend working in most of our offices. We have been involved in many Alzheimer Society fundraising events and raised over £10,000 for the charity. We have worked with charities on a reduced fee basis to provide the independent financial advice they require.
As an independent financial adviser Lonsdale Services has a responsibility to provide the most appropriate independent financial advice to our wealth management and benefit customers, at an acceptable fee base that is agreed before we offer independent financial advice. Corporate social responsibility is an important part of the Lonsdale Services culture. We are committed to offering our customers the best possible independent financial advice and customer service. We always look after our customers's best financial interests and treat our customers fairly. How we interact and treat our employees, customers and the local community is important to us.”
