In 2017 Lonsdale Services won the national Retirement Planner Award for Outstanding Customer Care. Lonsdale Services submitted a client case study which showed how Deb Nolan, independent financial adviser Leeds / Bradford advised a member of a money purchase occupational pension scheme how they could be due a financial entitlement in the form of scheme specific tax-free cash protection.

In October 2014 our St Albans Financial Adviser Simon Armstrong was one of several St Albans IFA's that was called for financial advice by a mystery shopper.  Lonsdale Services scored 32 out of a possible 35 points.
