Tracy joined Deb Nolan as her assistant in our Lonsdale Leeds & Bradford office in 2015. Tracy first met Deb when they both worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland as financial advisers. At Lonsdale Services Tracy is our senior administrator and supports Deb Nolan who provides financial planning advice.
Tracy passed her financial planning qualifications at Halifax and became a financial adviser in 1991. She left in 2001 to join Royal Bank of Scotland performing the same role but working with business clients. After moving to Yorkshire Bank, she left her financial advice role and for many years supported a financial adviser before she transferred to work at Lonsdale Services.
In 2017 Lonsdale Services won the Retirement Planner national award for Outstanding Customer Care by submitting a client case study from Deb Nolan. Deb was aware of how the tax-free cash pension legislation changed in 2006. She advised a member of a money purchase occupational pension scheme they could be due a financial entitlement in the form of scheme-specific tax-free cash protection.
In June 2018 Tracy Gannon and Deb Nolan joined other Lonsdale colleagues on the Trek26 Alzheimer’s Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge. In 2021 Tracy and Deb were part of a Lonsdale team that walked the 100km Cotswold Way Challenge. To date Lonsdale Services has raised over £10,000 for the Alzheimer’s Society.
Tracy has one child and enjoys running, cycling, and walking.
